Strangers in a Strange Land Mural

This was a temporary mural for a project called Sidewall: A Mural Project, where a 4x8' mural is rotated in and out every month. This was based on an image of a family that I did not know, and to imagine them as an "anyone" kind of family, I blurred out the faces, instead focusing on the shapes of their bodies. I imagine them as just moving to a new house, new town, new country, feeling lost but also having security because of there sense of belonging in their family group.
